Okemo U14 Holiday Training Plan 12/23 & 12/27-12/31

Hello Athletes and Parents,

Hope this email finds you well and enjoying the holiday season with Friends and Family. While the heavy rain and warm weather has caused some snow loss, the mountain has done a great job recovering our existing trails. I am sure we will see more terrain opening up with more snowmaking whenever we have temperatures for it.

For the 27th-31st my hope was to be on GS skis. Right now we don’t have enough terrain to do that. I will send out a plan for that training block on the 26th. If we have the space to get into GS we will. If we don’t have the space yet, we will stay on slalom skis.

Looking Ahead:

The first race of the season at Saskadina 6 on 1/15. The event is not yet posted, but when it is I will send out a registration reminder.

Please let me know if you have any questions. From the coaches and the Competition Center Staff we wish everyone Happy Holidays!
