Fall 2016 Sunday Conditioning Days: Training from 12:00pm – 3pm

Sunday Conditioning Days are FREE to all Okemo and OMS athletes that would like to attend.  Please sned an email to: Charles “Jet” Robbins with your athlete’s name and sessions to be attended to register.  All those that register will be notified of the location as we get closer to the respective date(s).  Please include a telephone contact number as well.

2016 Fall Dates Available:

September 25, October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30

Sunday Conditioning Days are a great way to get a quality workout with an OMS coach and get a good idea of how you have progressed individually and how you stack up to your fellow athletes as you enter the Fall.  Please bring a Water Bottle and wear athletic clothing.
