Tuesday, February 28th, 2012OMARA would like to congratulate our J3 athletes on a great season and wish them good luck in the upcoming weekend of States. To that end, OMARA has organized an informal pizza party to be held at Outback this Thurs 3/1 from 6-8 p.m. OMARA will offer pizza, wings, salad and soda; parents/coaches are welcome and encouraged to come and have a bite but it will be cash bar for them for beverages other than the soda.

Tuesday, February 28th, 2012OMS is going to KMS for VC SL finals race on Saturday
Some are going to Middlebury on Sunday for VC GS finals & some are staying at Okemo for USSA Finals SL.
We will have coaches at both races.

Devo Update – Weekend of 2/25 and 2/26
Tuesday, February 21st, 2012Hello All,
Great weekend – and week so far! Tomorrow is a day off and just a quick reminder that if your child is tired (especially if they were at Valentine Camp last week), they should take an extra day off between now and Sunday’s race!
This weekend Saturday will be GS training at home according to our normal schedule. Sunday both teams head to Suicide Six for a GS race. Read on for details and for a fun Quechee race re-cap!
However, I quickly wanted to thank everyone that attended last weekend’s OMS Winter Festival – it was a huge success raising over $32,000 for the school! Also, if you are looking for something fun to do this Saturday – don’t forget the 10th Annual Comedy Night featuring Rusty DeWees ”the Logger” in the Clock Tower Base Lodge – doors open at 7 pm and the show begins at 8 pm. Tickets to the event are $25 in advance and $28 at the door. You can buy tickets from me at OMS or on the hill and they can also be purchased at the Wine and Cheese Depot, VT Properties, Peoples Bank in Ludlow, and Jackson Gore. The Logger is very funny and all proceeds benefit the OMS Scholarship Fund and Black River High School’s Class of 2012 Project Graduation!
