There are approx. 32 USASA Regions, each of whom sent *their* first place finisher to the Nationals. Some of those riders will also hold high National Rankings; some of those may be lower in the National Rankings. Once they have RSVPed, the remaining slots are then filled by competitors according to National Rankings. So...Unless a rider has won their region, the best you can do is wait and see.
