A Freeride…

A Freeriders will be at Loon this weekend competing in the Gatorade Freeflow Slopestyle event.  Our plan is leave Friday morning at 8 AM form the chalet and return after the event on Saturday.  Will contact involved families directly, today, with accommodation details, etc.

Next event for this team is the Sugarloaf USSA A Slopestyle on 2/11.

A Moguls…

This team will be at Killington this weekend for Saturday single moguls and Sunday dual mogul events.  Will talk directly with involved families, today, regarding logistics and Friday Training.

The B Team…

The B Team is at home this weekend, training, with the exception of Mark Preschern and his dad Matt, who are venturing “out of division” to hunt down the competition at Hunter Mountain’s USSA B mogul event this weekend.  While we are not officially sending the team to this event, anyone interested may want to contact the Prescherns or me to potentially join them.

Everyone on The B Team. by end of February, should have competed in at least two competitions in each of their disciplines (moguls and slope).  That being said, look ahead on the calendar.  We are planning on Sunapee on 2/6 and either Whaleback or Killington on 2/20-21 (we’ll see which…).

Fresh Start Crew…

Parents and athletes in this program should start having conversations with Marks and Bruno in the coming two weeks, looking at what skills have been developed thus far and what skills have yet to be developed, with the ultimate goal of being prepared for and competing in one of the late-season USSA B level competitions (moguls and/or slopestyle).
